The MyTelecity portal has changed. This portal is now just for Managed Services customers to use to view their device monitoring information. Managed Services customers can login using their existing MyTelecity credentials.

All other functionality is now available in the Equinix Customer Portal. With the Equinix Customer Portal you can manage your ACL online, view orders, submit orders, raise site access requests, as well as view copies of your invoices.
